1. What is your opinion on that?

4. Dialogue
🧑💼: So, what do you think? Do you have any ideas on how we could improve our marketing?
🧑💻: Well… to be honest, at first I thought focusing on newspaper advertisements would be a good idea. But now I’m not so sure — that’s not very popular these days.
🧑💼: Well, I beg to differ. I see where you’re coming from, but a lot of older people might be interested in some of our products, and they don’t really use computers. Perhaps we could consider targeting newspaper ads at the elderly.
🧑💻: That’s sounds right to me.
🧑💼: However, I think you also have a point — many young people don’t read newspapers.
🧑💻: Exactly. It seems to me that social media marketing might be the best way to reach younger generations. Also, I was thinking — we could offer a discount to the first, let’s say, fifty customers who buy our new product online.
🧑💼: I’m totally on board! How much of a discount are you thinking?
🧑💻: Maybe around 25%. What do you think?
🧑💼: Hmm, I’m not sure we can offer that much. I’d say 15 to 20% would be more realistic. But we can discuss this later. Anyway, great idea!
5. Discussion

• Should offices provide free snacks or drinks for everyone?
• If we could have one “fun day” each month, what should it be like?
