I think, the problem is, people, they don’t talk much in meetings. So, first, maybe, we can send the agenda before the meeting, so they know what to talk about. And, next, maybe, we can, uh, ask everyone to say one idea, like, short update. And, finally, uh, we can, maybe, make the meetings shorter, because people lose focus if it’s too long. I think this should help.

So, our goal is to get everyone more involved in meetings. First, we can send the agenda a few days in advance so everyone knows what to prepare. Next, we could ask each team member to share a brief update or idea, just one point each. Finally, we should keep meetings short and focused so people stay engaged. I really believe this approach will work because it sets clear expectations, gives everyone a chance to speak, and helps maintain energy throughout the meeting.
❓Who explained the situation well, and what made it effective?

So, our goal is to boost engagement on our social media channels over the next few weeks. First, we can start by posting more consistently, especially in the evenings, because that’s when most of our followers are active. Next, let’s add more short videos since they usually perform much better. And finally, we can run a small Q&A or poll to get people interacting with us a bit more. I really believe this approach works because it keeps our content active, gives people something more interesting to watch, and encourages them to participate instead of just scrolling.
